INTRODUCTION

Glaucoma is a progressive optic neuropathy characterized by damage to the optic nerve, a characteristic narrowing of the visual field and usually accompanied by an increase in eye pressure.
The blindness rate in Indonesia is 1.5% and from the results of research in Indonesia carried out by the PMN Community Ophthalmology team at Cicendo Eye Hospital in 2016 it was 4% (RAAB data of the Ofkom team, published)
Glaucoma blindness is estimated to increase according to the increase in blindness above, which is above 0.20%.
